Rankin USA Online Shipping and Returns Policy
If you would like to make a return, take a look at our policies below. We want to do our best to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, please contact us at service@rankinusa.com.
Same Day Shipping
Only in-stock items ordered Monday through Friday prior to 1:00pm EST are available for same day shipping. Orders received after 1:00pm EST may not be processed and/or shipped until the next business day.
Lead Times
All stated lead times are estimated lengths of time from the factory to our warehouse. Final delivery times are based on your chosen shipping method. All lead times are not binding.Return Policy
We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, and with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, and in the same condition it was received. If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 60 days of goods shipping. No returns will be accepted without written authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item, are processing your request, and if your return was approved. If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks less any restocking or shipping fees that may apply. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to evaluate your claim. Please email service@rankinusa.com within 60 days of goods shipping to initiate your return request. All warranty evaluations, replacements, and/or repairs will be treated on a case-by-case basis at the discernment of Rankin USA.
Return Shipping
After you’ve submitted a return request to service@rankinusa.com, we will confirm with you the best method of return shipping and if you are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
Special, Final Sale, or Clearance Items
If the item is marked “special”, “final sale”, or “clearance”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
Changes to Terms
Rankin USA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which Rankinusa.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Rankin USA encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
