EAM 90/115 Profibus A
The series of EAM 90 - EAM 115 solid shaft multiturn encoders complies with the PROFIBUS DP standard (described in the European Standard EN 50170 Vol. 2) and complies with the predefined profile for encoders PROFIBUS-Profile for Encoders, Order No. 3,062. The version with the Profibus DP interface maintains the same maximum resolution (25 bit) and efficiency characteristics as the stand-alone version, but adds the potential and flexibility typical of the Profibus DP network.
